This schedule reflects the 1st Quarter 2026 in-person course offerings held in the Nassau Ridge Realty office training room, located at 8316 E 73rd Street, Tulsa, OK.

These courses are open to all agents and may be used to satisfy either the 45-hour post-license or 30-hour license renewal requirements. The full quarter may be attended for a total cost of $150, or individual classes may be taken for $25 per class.

Agents also have the flexibility to attend only the daytime or evening courses during this quarter and complete the remaining hours in the following quarter, as class times rotate each quarter.
